“New Generation” KP26
This model type is part of a range of bowl-lift models, all of which share the same basic internal design: an enclosed motor with a splined drive shaft, electronic speed control, and an all-metal gear train enclosed within a transmission housing. Example model numbers include: KF26, KL26, KP26, KT26.
These mixers are branded (depending on generation and trim level) “Epicurean”, “Professional 6”, and “Professional 600”; models with specific trim may carry different branding (or no branding). They are all equipped with 6-quart bowls and can use the smaller 5-quart bowl from the KV25 model type.
